The hereby documentation, in compliance with Article no 13 of the 2016/679 (UE) Regulation relevant to the protection and treatment of personal data is to provide the information for the scopes and methods for their protection and treatment.

DATA PROCESSING PURPOSES
The personal data, freely communicated and acquired by reason of the owner activity, will be legally and correctly treated for the following purposes:
- Accounting and fiscal procedures
- Customer management (customer management, contracts, purchase orders, shipments, invoicing, solvency and reliability verification)
- Suppliers management (suppliers management, contracts, purchase orders, arrivals, invoicing, selection according to the company needs)
The data will be treated according to the necessary safety and confidentiality through the following procedure: data collection at the person concerned, they will be filed for legitimate purposes and used in compliance with the purposes compatible with the use of manual and electronic devices.
TREATMENT LEGAL BASIS
The legal basis of the treatment is founded on the performance of the conditions of the contract they have been collected for, i.e. commercial, accounting, fiscal and information purposes.
LEGITIMATE INTERESTS PURSUED BY THE CONTROLLER
The legitimate interests pursued by the controller are to meet of the contract obligations undersigned by the parties and to develop their social purposes. The lawfulness of the treatment is based on the express consent of the interested party, in written and/or documented form.
THE OBLIGATORY OR VOLUNTARY NATURE OF PROVIDING THE REQUESTED DATA AND CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL TO RESPOND
The nature of the conferment of your personal data is mandatory in order to allow the controller to satisfy the performance of the contractual, accounting and fiscal conditions. In case of refusal, the controller will not be able to meet the contract obligations
DATA COMMUNICATION AND DISCLOSURE ENVIRONMENT
Your data will be treated by the controller, by possible responsibles appointed by him and by strictly limited authorized parties appointed for their treatment
Your data can be notified (if requested), to all inspection entities to verify and check the fulfilment of the law.
Your data may also be disclosed to companies/ external studies for job assistance and consulting or to the controller’s collaborators, over accounting, fiscal, administrative, tax and financial matters, to public administrations to perform their
institutional functions in compliance with the law and the regulations.
Your data will not be disclosed to other parties not strictly connected to our activities and will not be disseminated.
The controller will treat the personal data for time necessary to fulfil the contractual, accounting and fiscal requirements.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

In the capacity of the interested subject, you may always exercise the rights as per Article 15 of the UE 2016/679 Regulation. In particular you may ask the controller for the confirmation of the existence or not of the personal data referring to you, the access to the personal data and the modification or cancellation or limitation of their use or to oppose to their treatment, in addition to the right to data portability and the right for claim for a control authority. You may obtain information about the source your data are originated from. Should the treatment be based on express consent, the party may at any time withdraw the consent without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before its revocation.

The party may exercise his rights as per Article 15 of 2016/679 UE Regulation– Right to access to personal data.
